Best Red Sauce

Here's a quick one..no pictures, just my favorite favorite sauce for spaghetti and also meatball subs:

You need:

3 TBL olive oil
1/2 onion diced (i am not a fan of onions, but add more if you like)
1 TBL minced garlic
2 Big cans of crushed tomatoes
pinch of salt
1 1/2 TBL italian seasoning
1 TBL sugar
1/2 cup beef broth

Saute onion in olive oil. Add garlic and cook for a minute or so. Add tomatoes, beef broth, sugar, salt and seasonings. Let simmer for at least 15 minutes or longer. Add meatballs for spaghetti or pour over meatball subs. mmmmm!
